It is important that you register and VOTE on election day.  Voter registration cards can be obtained at the

Members in the Military

Given the recent call-up for active military service, we wish to review the membership rights of members who are affected.

When you receive your orders to report for duty, you must send a copy of your orders to the Local Union Office.  We can then adjust your status so you will not have to pay dues while you are on active duty and we will also notify the fringe benefit office to freeze any benefits you currently have until your return.

Upon your return from active duty, you must report to our office within 90 days of your discharge and pay the current month's dues to remain in good standing.  A copy of your documentation will be forwarded to the International Office and to the benefit office to re-activate your benefits and membership.  Failure to report within that time could result in the suspension of your membership.  Feel free to contact our office if you have any questions regarding this policy.
