Construction and General Laborers' Local 563 is a member of the Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA). We represent the many men and women working in Minnesota's construction industry. Chartered in 1926, our goal is to work to guarantee fair wages, benefits and representation, to provide the best skills and training available and to insure safe working conditions for our members.
